Now available for purchase online and at select stores, Det Andra Göteborg (The Other Gothenburg) is a photo book about life in Gothenburg, Nebraska – one of only two Gothenburgs in the world.

With visual design by Ariel McMillion, the book is a voyage of discovery to the little-known sister city of the Swedish metropolis — a parallel dimension whose most typical features are not streetcars and squawking seagulls, but corn, firearms, and Bible studies.

Through a colorful weave of text and photographs by authors Johan Nerman and John Wennerberg, it depicts Gothenburg as a town — its Swedish history and heritage, and its rich present-day personality.
